Fully equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, etc. Close to the center area with large playground, restaurant, billiard room and small shop. The house and the area are especially suitable for people who want coziness, tranquility and nature experiences, as well as families with smaller children. It is 800 meters to Denmark's most amazing white sandy beach and 900 meters to Blåvand town, which offers several shopping opportunities, bars, restaurants and shops. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
