Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat controls on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. My place is close to 3 lakes. We offer many family-friendly activities here, in summer as well as winter. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the indescribable location in nature. My place is good for couples, traveling adventure owners alone, business travelers, families (with children, 2 extra beds per cabin are possible), large groups (up to 16 people) and furry friends (pets, especially dogs are welcome).
