About 25 km to the town of Arvika. About 15 km to Edane Golf Course. Public bathing area is available at the lake Mangen, about 3 km. Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Homely house in 2 levels with 5 rooms and kitchen, spacious areas where the whole family can fit. Bathtub in the smaller bathroom. Big wooden deck with awning and outdoor furniture. Barbecue available. 80 meters to Lekvatten lake and sandy beach you just walk across the road and you'll be there. Plan the lawn in front of the house if you want to play croquet or cube. Cozy annex with its own veranda just behind the house that can accommodate 6 guests. NOTE: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ELECTRIC CAR IN THE PREMISES POWER OUTLETS.

Nature gem in Värmland with lovely sea views

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

Here you can swim wood-fired hot tub and fire in the fireplace just down at the lake. Fishing at the house or at one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike 7 Torpsleden about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!
