Stay cozy and peaceful in old half-timbered length from the nineteenth century. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, fun, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quiet and spacious of about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house there is a lush, secluded patio with a barbecue grill right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Nice, fresh "shot yourself" home

Fully equipped apartment located on the edge of Nyhamns Location. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserves. Bicycle path is available around the corner and via it you come north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a divided biyta in a larger villa. It is its own private entrance and patio door towards the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer.

An airy loft space features a spacious bed with a light blue coverlet, complemented by a bedside lamp. Two skylights allow natural light to brighten the room, while a simple area rug adds texture to the wooden floor. A white chair provides additional seating.

Welcome to my small farm in Nyhamns location. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with proximity to the sea, Kullaberg and all that Kullabygden has to offer of restaurants, vineyards, villages along the sea. 300 meters to grocery store, villagerogen Location, bus stop and bike path. 600 meters to child-friendly beach! The guesthouse is spacious with kitchen, dining area and bathroom on the ground floor and large room with double bed, sofa bed upstairs. Patio in the south with dining area and sofa hangers.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. After an intense wedding celebration of my son in Sweden, I was looking for a few quiet days to digest and integrate. The little cottage with the garden for chilling was totally suitable for this. Completely quiet location, 100 meters to the water. Without a lot of bells and whistles in the house, just with everything you need. Communication with Maria was very good. She responded extremely quickly and kindly. And her husband was quickly on site when it was technical. There were questions, for example, a WiFi disruption... was fixed shortly. Thank you! I was alone here now. Would want to be here with a maximum of two people, otherwise it will be a bit crowded. And in summer, it should get quite hot in the bedroom under the roof, also because it has no window to open. In short: A cottage and place with a lot of charm! Glad to come back.

We had some lovely days in the cozy cottage that was right by the sea and the beautiful beach meadows. Good location for discovering Kullabygden.

We had another wonderful stay in this gem! Particularly noteworthy is the tranquility – you can almost only hear the sound of the waves and the chirping of the birds. Ideal for those looking for a break from everyday life. A real gem on the coast – we will definitely be back!
