I omgivningen finns fina stigar för vandring och cykling. Stugan är mysig med timmerväggar inomhus synliga och sparade gamla smidesdetaljer. Köket är av enklare standard men fullt funktionellt med spis med ugn,kyl, frys, micro, vattenkokare. Toalett med dusch på nedervåningen . Säng 90 cm nedre plan. Övre plan dubbelsäng och soffhörna.

Parkering direkt utanför ingår. Ni kan förvara era skidor eller cyklar i låst utrymme om ni önskar. Ca 800 m till Lugnets friluftsområde med längdspår, badhus, cykelleder och högskolan Dalarna. 3 min biltur till stadskärnan och matbutiker.

Mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på vår egen tomt (5 000 kvm) i den fina byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Sängen är bäddad och rena handdukar är framlagda när ni anländer, här är det enkelt att trivas! Byn ligger längst med Siljan, med bil tar det 4 minuter till Leksand Sommarland, 8 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg.

Välkommen till ett nybyggt hus på egen sjötomt med magisk utsikt! Sommartid kan man njuta av bad och sol från egen brygga samt låna roddbåt, SUP och vedeldad tunna. På hösten plockar du bär och svamp direkt utanför huset. Vintertid är det ca 13 minuter till Romme Alpin. När det är is på sjön kan du åka skridskor och gå härliga promenader. Det finns bastu och braskamin med tillgång till ved för frusna skidfantaster.
