Maisonette with a garden and, at the bottom, a terrace suspended above the sandy beach with direct access, south facing; it is accessed by a path of 100 meters; 2 pergolas: the one in front allows you to have lunch facing the garden and the sea; the one behind has a small wooden room for a 3rd fully independent bed, small kitchen and shower room with sink and shower; possibility to accommodate a 2nd child (5 to 10 years old) in a bunk bed in the living room with fall protection.
