Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in the deciduous forest near a lake. In the lake, there is the possibility of fishing (fishing license) boat is available to borrow 100 meters below the cottage, about 120 meters to the swimming area. The cottage has 1 bed 140 cm, 1 sofa bed 2x80 cm and a sleeping loft with mattresses on the floor 220 cm wide. There is a fridge, freezer, hot plate, coffee maker indoors and barbecue area outdoors. Water is available from a can in the kitchen Outdoor toilet. No shower Cottage size 24m2 Duvets and pillows are available. NOTE: Bed linens are not included

The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker and oven. The cottage has a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room with room for two people. On the terrace facing west towards the lake, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Possibility to rent a rowboat with motor 20 euros/day and kayak 20 euros/day. Possibility of fishing, with a fishing license. No smoking and no pets allowed.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This accommodation is in a cottage on my property. It is rural but central, which makes your stay comfortable. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The nearby sandy beaches are numerous.

Charmigt, unikt, enkelt boende i naturen, med vatten och lugn precis utanför stugknuten 3 km från Mörrum Här bor du lyxigare än i tält men ändå lika nära naturen - en perfekt getaway! Stugan är oisolerad, enkel och inredd i äldre stil med en skön dubbelsäng med utsikt över vatten med ett rikt fågelliv. Laga mat över öppen eld utomhus, värm tevatten på kaminen inne i stugan och bara njut av lugnet. Utekök, utedusch med varmvatten samt torrdass. Små husdjur välkomna. Fiske är ej tillåtet!

Walking distance to Norje and Norjeboke. Easily accessible a short detour from the E22. The guesthouse consists of a large room with a 160 cm wide double bed and a sofa bed with two places. Clean toilet and shower. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, running water and a few other things for easy meals. Welcome!

The 2300sqm garden extends all the way down to the lake. 50 meters from the house is a cozy beach where you could take a swim or try to catch some fish. The house is modern with high standard and is located in a quiet area in a beautiful nature with few other houses nearby. Here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, boat trip or just relax and watch the world go by.

Quiet and rural environment. The cottage is usually perceived as cool in the summer. The hosts live in the house next door. There is livestock nearby, but the property has no animals of its own. There may be odors. Bring your own bed linens and towels. But bed linens and towels are available to rent for SEK 150+50. Leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived.
