The Mediterranean furnished apartment is located in the basement of our house. The separate entrance via an external staircase leads into the well equipped kitchen. This is adjoined by the double bedroom as well as hallway and bathroom. From the terrace you can look out on the pond and garden. With 2 bus lines and S-Bahn you can get to the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Cologne. By car you can reach Düsseldorf in 15 minutes. We will be happy to provide bicycles for excursions in the area.

S-Bahn direction Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 min), city center (approx. 20 min) & Airport (around 40 min), Cologne city center (about 40 minutes), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. By car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, about 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping is within walking distance in a few minutes. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Look forward to your own rebuilt bathroom in 2022 to end a stressful day.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

Jutta and Klaus's has everything you need in short or long stay. I have stayed there for 6 weeks and I still felt too short when I have to check out. The place is walking distance from the beautiful RhinePark which I always spend few hours there. The bus stop to Neuss center is just 3 mins away from the place and the bus only takes 10 mins to the center where you can find anything you need. Jutta is always so nice, so responsive and caring. I do definitely recommend Jutta and Klaus's place where you can take a break and enjoy the beautiful Neuss.

Irmi was a very nice hostess and responded quickly and easily to questions. Everything was fine and we felt very much at home. We will be happy to come back.
