This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place to be. The Uckermark with its numerous lakes, the variety of plants and animals is supposed to offer you the perfect opportunity to do so. The accommodation is located on the edge of the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve and is therefore ideally located for excursions into nature. The Große Rathsburgsee, which is within walking distance, is not only a highlight in summer.

Kissen und Decken sind da, es geht nur um die Bettwäsche, Lakengröße: 160 x 200. Auf Anfrage könnten wir Wäschepakete bereitstellen, die Kosten von 20 €/Person müssten vorab gesondert bezahlt werden. Die FeWo ist im Erdgeschoss, im 1. OG darüber befindet sich noch eine weitere Wohnung, die im Sommer z.T. auch privat genutzt wird. Siehe dazu die Hinweise weiter unten.

Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Garten und einen schönen Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.
