Located directly on the canal in the backyard is the loft apartment with a large terrace on the ground floor. A beach chair and a large table with chairs for working and eating allow an indoor and outdoor stay. The loft itself is atypical of Friedrichstadt. In an old workshop in the backyard, two charming, high-quality loft apartments were built in 2023. Underfloor heating and generous interior fittings offer everything loft lovers could wish for. Kayaks/SUPs are on site and included.

The Rosenquarz holiday apartment is located in Reußenköge and is ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The 32 m² apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen without a dishwasher, and a bathroom. It is perfect for 2 guests. Wi-Fi is available. For better sleep quality, Wi-Fi is turned off from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. If you require internet access at other times, for example for home office, please contact your hosts via the booking platform.

The Langeness apartment is our largest apartment, 70 m², and is located on the ground floor. The 3-room apartment is for 4+2 people. Dogs are allowed upon request. In the spacious living room there is a cozy seating area and you also have a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, wardrobes and a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

Experience a great holiday with us! You live in a historic courtyard building with all the amenities. Plenty of space inside the house, in the play barn with theater stage or outside in the park-like garden give you many opportunities for a relaxing holiday in any weather. If you like, please feel free to visit us at our farm with dairy farming. Our farm is about 300 m away and is easily accessible via a footpath.
