Our 100 sqm apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadow and nature. The forest is within a 10-minute walk. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermannsdenkmal is about 20 minutes away. Driving time, the Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centers, such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln are easily accessible by car. Many bike and hiking trails invite you to discover the surroundings.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in Lippe district. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderdich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There is plenty of shopping for the day only 3 km away. Needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.), restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. It is recommended to visit the Externsteinen (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km) .

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Old mill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the time in our "Old Mill," where in the 19th our wheat was still ground in the 19th century. In 2019, we converted the premises into a cozy, small apartment and are now looking forward to welcoming guests to our farm who want to treat themselves to a break in nature - with walks and bike tours right next to us in the adjacent forest. In the immediate vicinity are the Externsteine, the Hermannsdenkmal and the open-air museum – the perfect excursion destinations! A windmill converted into a restaurant is located just a few meters from the apartment and the Café Berghof Stork is also within walking distance. The spa town of Horn- Bad Meinberg is 2 km away.

Welcome to beautiful Detmold! Our apartment is super central - right on the market square. So restaurants, shops, stores, snacks, hairdressers or pubs are right outside the front door. The numerous sights of the region are wonderfully accessible by bus. Buses run 3 minutes away. A cheap parking space is 5 minutes by walk. The apartment is on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in Detmold, with cozy old building charm.

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)

This very central yet quiet apartment is about 2-3 minutes' walk from the train station. By car you can park (for a fee) directly in the street in front of the house. The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower cabin and a living room with a pull-out sofa including topper for a comfortable lying area of 200cm x 160cm. The small kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, cold & hot meals.
