496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Welcome to our studio in the pedestrian zone in the center of Harburg, the district on the southern side of the Elbe. It can be found on the 3rd floor of a commercial building and is part of our penthouse apartment. However, our apartment and the studio are completely separated from each other with their own apartment door, so that our and also your privacy, dear guests, are preserved. The studio is very central, so everything can be reached in minutes.

For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Apartment is fully equipped. For your information; in unfavorable wind conditions, you can hear the highway. You can always hear something, we are also not in the village. When the windows are closed, it is very quiet.

The check-in time can also be earlier if necessary and by arrangement.

Fred’s apartment was unique, spacious and outfitted thoughtfully to make it a comfortable place for our 4-day stay. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was complete, had everything we needed. It was great to have a clothes washer/ dryer to use. Motion-detection lights lit up the stairs from bedroom down to bathroom, making a middle of the night bathroom trip navigable and safe. Communication with Fred was smooth, prompt and helpful. The apartment was perfect for our weekend trip to Hamburg. In the middle of it and yet it was quiet. In addition, the hostess was very friendly and attentive, received us flexibly and with many good tips for Hamburg and even provided earplugs, which we did not need. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and has a very nice atmosphere where you immediately feel comfortable.

The pictures don't do the accommodation justice! It is more spacious than it seems and is very quirky in it's design and layout. I loved it, laid out over essentially 3 floors! Holger had everything required for a comfortable stay…towels, cutlery, etc. Perfect location, very quaint. Everything is in walking distance and there are numerous grocery stores just minutes away. Definitely worth the money.

We felt super comfortable from the first second. The contact was great and helpful for check-in during the stay and check-out. The location is simply great, we were there during the Reeperbahn Festival and were positively surprised by the tranquility in the accommodation. You can perfectly escape the typical hustle and bustle on the Reeperbahn to sleep there. In combination with the many floors and balconies, an excellent accommodation! I would be happy to come back. 👌🏽
