The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. You will quickly feel at home here.

Situated in a quiet street with little traffic, the 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
