The place is 25 min from the town of Sundsvall by car. You can hire a two bicycles for an extra price of 200 kr and bycicle to the nearby siteseeing places such as the fisher village Skatan, the white guide restaurant and ocean walk Lörudden, the beach camping with minigolf Björköfjärden or Juniskär. It features two real beds: 140x200 and 120x200, with warm blankets for everyone. The wood stove keeps the space warm in all season. You can cook on the outdoor firepit – we provide pots, pans, cutlery, firewood, and fresh water from our spring. Enjoy free access to the lake, canoes, and sauna sessions – all included.

Lovely boathouse right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, fishing, dinners, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open spring/summer).

You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. A breakfast basket is included.

A beautiful, artistic apartment in inspiring environments in our stunning old school building from 1920. The apartment is located on the second floor with access to a beautiful large bathroom. The apartment has its own entrance and is separated from the artistic activity on the first floor where there is also a beautiful art gallery that our guests are welcome to visit. At Helsinglight we also offer workshops in special effects makeup etc. We are renovating this old building continuously.
