The responsible tenant will have access to the road barrier into the field during the stay.

Closed child-friendly area where only residents have access to the road barrier. In the summer there is the possibility of swimming, fishing or hiking on worked up trails. By canoe you can visit several islands in the sea. Free loan of canoe. The cabin is only a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen airport. In the winter, it is possible to drowning on the sea or go cross-country skiing on great trail networks at Trondsbu (18 km, must have a car) 550 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is the perfect place for a family with small children who want to get out into the countryside and find peace. Nord-Odal is a cabin municipality not far from Oslo that offers a lot of forest, large waters and many swimming areas. The property is quietly located with a cozy outdoor area with a play area, trampoline and a small forest behind the house. The house has what you need of normal facilities. Lille Lykke

Small cabin on the edge of the forest. Approx. 30m2 large. Electricity and water (no drinking water). Outdoor toilet - no toilet inside! Nice deck with direct access from the porch door. Parking right below the cabin (if you have 4-wheel drive). Otherwise, parking is about 60 meters below the cabin. Small kitchenette. Two small bedrooms with twin bunk beds in each room. Living room with dining table and sofa nook. Not far from Storsjøen with swimming areas and plenty of fishing opportunities.

Eiendommen ligger i naturskjønne omgivelser og består av en romslig enebolig med gode kvaliteter, dobbel garasje, tre/firsoverom, to bad. Tomt på 3 mål som er lekkert opparbeidet, og har svært gode solforhold. Enkel mulighet for en dukkert i Storsjøen, som ligger ca 20 meter fra eiendommen. Huset ligger bare litt over en time kjøretur fra Oslo. Gå avstand til nærmeste Matbutikk og treningssenter.

Koselig tømmerhytte med fin utsikt over Vesle Bjerten. Kort vei ned til vannet hvor du kan bade og fiske. I området er det mange fine turstier og naturopplevelser. Er masse sopp og bær i nærheten av hytta. Hytte består av gang,kjøkken,stue bad med wc, dusj og 2 flotte soverom. Hytta har opparbeidet plen og en stor solrik veranda med flere møblerte soner. Det er også et koselig anneks med sengeplass til 2 stk. og en tønne badstue med tilhørende gapahuk med bål panne. Parkering ved hytta.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly place! Old Austvatn farm is a magnificent house with 460 m2, bright and large rooms and idyllic outdoor areas. The farm is located right by Storsjøen, and in the wintertime there is iced sea, ski runs are driven up, hiking trails must be out to the islands and there is the opportunity to walk both on foot, on skates or kick-support. In Trondsbu there are great ski slopes. Welcome!
