You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

The accommodation is built with many natural and authentic building materials, giving each space its own unique character. It consists of three apartments and the Hooiberg. A small cottage in the center of Nieuwveen close to Amsterdam and Schiphol. The location is centrally located between other major cities, beach and Keukenhof. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
