The locks at the top of the Telemark Canal are a short drive away, and the area is used a lot for both bike rides and kayaking. 15 min drive from Lunde, 30 min to Bø Sommarland.

In a peaceful setting overlooking the Telemark Canal, this unique accommodation consists of an older house (1947) and a newer house (1984) that is built together via a common large entrance hall. Here there is plenty of room for 2 families who can have their own house, but still live together. It is also full opportunity to rent the house for 4-5 couples of friends. In the dining room there is a nice meeting place at the large long table. The oldest house can also be rented separately.

Here there is rental of bikes, canoes and kayaks for excursions in scenic surroundings. From Strengen it is also a short way along Flåvatn to Kilen camping with beautiful child-friendly beach, Telemark Sommarland in Bø, Ulefoss main farm, Øvreverk handverkstun, Norsjø Golfpark and much more.
