Guilherme is very kind, we needed to reschedule more than once and he was extremely helpful. Flexibility at checkin and checkout. S. Luiz, who received us, was very friendly throughout the stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay a few days, and we're already eager to return. The view is great, 12th floor and sea view, better than the photos, our cats also loved it, they explored every corner!!! The apartment is very functional, large rooms, entrance to the balcony through the kitchen and the living room, independent, which allows for several environments. Garage closed, no repairs, perfect! The space is exactly like in the photos , with great infrastructure, kitchen with all the necessary utensil The bed is very comfortable, airy room.. New furniture suitable for our use.. Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host.
