Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

"There are 4 motion sensor devices in the house, which only take pictures when they detect movement, and only when the alarm is activated. We ask our guests to turn them on during their stay, but only before leaving the house as it is connected to the security alarm. One device is at the entrance, one is in the living room, one is in the hallway upstairs and the other is in the office room.
