The Cosy House is indeed cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shower has hot water and good pressure, the drinking water is delicious, the bed is comfortable, and the leather chair is relaxing for a good book read. Although there are ear plugs, the walls are very thin and you can hear people walking by and talking and cars on the street woke me up. Admittedly I’m a light sleeper, so this may be a nonissue for others. This would be a great place for someone who spends most of the day out and about.

Murphy has created a lovely home away from home in Patagonia. It is well stocked with everything you need and has super comfortable beds. The outside space is private and relaxing. We loved it! Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

The Retro was perfect for our needs! Easy to walk to everything downtown, the AC worked perfectly, really nice shower, and the space was comfortable, cozy, & clean. The fenced yard was especially great for our dogs. Free laundry in a nearby building, and the WiFi internet was appreciated! Highly recommend Joni’s place in this quaint little town. 😊

The house was big and the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed Thanksgiving with our family that lives in town.

If you love being under the wide open skies surrounded by desert plants, animals AND birds… this is the place for you! We stayed for 2 nights and literally saw NO human beings (other than each other) the whole time we were there. The back patio has views in every direction of mountains, valleys as far as the eyes can see. When the wind picked up we relocated to the courtyard that was also charming. Best for us was the 15 min drive on a well maintained road to Lake Patagonia for kayaking, hiking… and birding. This was especially lovely during the spring. Back at the house we appreciated the well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of easy chairs. Showers were fun and functional too. We’ll be back (especially now that we know how to find it!!) 🙏

Very cozy and comfy - the hot tub was fantastic. Quiet. Beautiful grounds. Perfect spot to relax in after long days of cycling.

Great place

The apartment was very comfortable, with everything we needed and very clean. We'll definitely be back. The host communicates very well and responds quickly. In a very central area and easy to get to all places.

I could tell from our interactions that Josh, the host, is a person of integrity. This sweet, modest place met my expectations exactly. However, both Josh and I were in for two surprises: roadwork, which Josh informed me went on longer than it was supposed to, and no internet. The latter was probably a result of the road being repaved. The small cottage has a comfortable bed, ample seating areas, and a compact, convenient yard. The location is close to town, which is what I was looking for this trip. Not being able to park next to the cottage to unload and load luggage was no fun, and I couldn't work very well without internet access. Josh and I quickly agreed that I wasn't getting what I bargained for, and he unhesitatingly and fairly compensated me for that. If you want to get an immediate taste of Patagonia's quirky, charming vibe, this is the perfect spot.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, you feel a tranquility, you feel as if you were at home. Maribel is a very nice, friendly, respectful person. I would stay again without any doubt. Thank you for everything🥰
