High quality place. Roomy. Well stocked kitchen. The bike garage is very handy and secure. Had electrical for my eBike. Plenty of linens and towels. Fans: ceiling and oscillating greatly appreciated. Very comfy place to land between epic mtb rides.

We had a great time at our stay! Renae is a fantastic house and made us feel right at home. She was very responsive if we had any questions and was extremely friendly. We recommend staying here if you are in the area! Our dog also loved her stay here!

This spot is a great alternative to standard, blasé budget hotels in the brainerd area. Easy drive to town but feels like you’re out in the country. Great private peaceful spot

We had a wonderful stay at Shannon’s place! We had four kids under 5 in our group and there were a lot of fun things for them to do while we were there! The house is also walkable to downtown Nisswa, so made for easy exploring. Shannon was super communicative and flexible with check in/out times. Would definitely recommend a stay at this wonderful Airbnb!

We had a great time at the cabin. The house and outdoor area was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. We appreciated all the amenities including the hot tub, outdoor seating, beautiful view of the lake, dock, stocked kitchen, large refrigerator, and access to cleaning supplies. There is a bar and grill just a short walk down the road that had friendly staff, good food, and nightly activities. We were there to fish and the lake didn't disappoint us. We caught lots of walleye, large mouth bass, northern pike, crappie, and blue gill. We brought two boats and docked them both for our entire stay. We would happily return.

What a lovely home and beautiful surroundings!! It was very homey and comfortable for our group of 4 on a girlfriend weekend get-a-way - the kitchen and dining area were perfect to spend cooking and eating together! And with it being winter, it was fun to have a bonfire down by the frozen lake! Our host, Donna, was quick to respond and very helpful with whatever we needed. Our group would return in a heart beat!!

This is the perfect get away. everything was perfect! plenty of space inside and the outdoor space is amazing! Cory communicated quickly and completely. we highly recommend!

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay. The kids (ages 5&8) thoroughly enjoyed playing in the beach sand, swimming and fishing off the dock. The outside space is perfectly set with wonderful firepit and deck with quality patio furniture. The location is perfect to pivot to non-lake activities as needed. Mini-golf, nearby indoor waterpark and plenty of parks and trails. Additionally, there are quality dining options <10 min drive: Ernie's on Gull, Rafferty's Pizza, Dunmires, Main Street Ale House, and Chocolate Ox for all things sweet. Overall, the property is exceptionally clean, with quality touches and truly exceeds expectations. We look forward to a return visit!

Cute, clean home near many parks and attractions in the Brainerd Lake area. Thoughtful touches and amenities for guests. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was a unique find for an Airbnb rental in the area.

The place worked well for us. We only needed to stay one night and most places demand a multiple night stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Gull Lake Beach Resort was amazing! The place was spotless and we felt right at home. It was very cozy, especially with the fireplace on the chilly nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean with a lot of towels for everyone. I must RAVE about the beds. Those were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept anywhere! I wish all l Airbnb's and hotels had ones that comfortable. Everyone had a TV to watch. We will definitely be staying with them again!

amazing vacation spot for our whole family with three small kids. the swim beach was so much fun and we loved the free kayaks and fire pits. would definitely stay again.

The condo was great! Weather a little cold but it's March in Minnesota. Looking forward to coming back in summer months.

First class all around. I have stayed here two times for fishing trips. The instructions and rules are very-simple. Doyle very easy to get a hold of for any of our needs.
