Vacation rentals in Nisis Dhiaporos

Maria is very friendly & she wanted to make sure we are having a good time in her House. We arrived in the middle of the night but she stayed awake to personally welcome us. The house itself is in a very special location with a picturesque 7min walk to an amazing beach (no need to look for a parking lot). It is a very quiet area and a car is necessary to get to the supermarket & to the restaurants. The house is rather vintage in style and equipment but still very cozy. Unfortunately we were there in the middle of a heatwave and at that time the house didn’t have an air conditioning. As far as I understood AC is available now and will help a lot to get a good sleep on a hot summer night. We will come back.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass zwei Strandstühle, ein Sonnenschirm und eine Kühltasche zur Verfügung standen. Außerdem gab es ausreichend Getränke und Snacks. Spyros und seine Frau waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Bootsvermietung, die man auf jeden Fall nutzen sollte, wenn man hier Urlaub macht. Einige kleine Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings empfehlen wir, diesen Ort nur mit einem Auto zu bereisen.

Siamo stati accolti con estrema ospitalità da Angeliki e Blerim. Blerim ci ha ricevuti calorosamente e, con il suo ottimo italiano, ci ha spiegato ogni dettaglio della casa, offrendosi di aiutarci con qualsiasi necessità o problema. La casa è semplicemente splendida. La veranda, con il suo tavolo dove facevamo colazione al mattino e ci rilassavamo nel tardo pomeriggio con un drink, è stata la cartolina più bella della nostra vacanza. Silenzio, natura, e una vista mozzafiato sull'isola di Diaporos. Grazie mille, Blerim e Angeliki, speriamo di rivederci presto!

Ein gemütliches Haus direkt am Meer in Mitten wunderbarer Natur. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub als Familie und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The house was beautifully kept, spotless, and had everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and full of charm—clearly put together with care and attention. The garden leading right onto the beach felt like a dream. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, kind, and helpful. When we mentioned we were a bit cold, extra blankets were brought the very next day. The layout worked really well for two families, even with some separation between spaces. The location is ideal—secluded enough to feel peaceful, yet still close to everything. Traveling with toddlers can be tricky, especially when it comes to safety, but this home was just right. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout. We’re truly grateful for the experience and hope to return one day.

We were looking for a peaceful location near the sea and that's exactly what we found. The house is not beachfront, but the beach is private and in most cases you and couple of locals that have houses on the beachfront will be there. The see is calm and clear and you'll have lots of fun with your kids. You can go kayaking to the nearby island and to some smaller beaches on the coast. The apartment is cute and really well equipped so you can stay for longer period. Be prepared for lots of mosquitos as the region is known for this :)

מקרה נקודתי אחד של חוסר תקשורת של בעלי הנכס - הגיעו לקצור את הדשא בנכס ופשוט נכנסו ללא התרעה וללא תיאום מראש וחבל, כי זה ממש חדירה לפרטיות - לאחר כמה הודעות תקיפות מאוד עם בעל הנכס הובהר לבעלי המקצוע שיש עליהם לעזוב את הנכס במיידית ושהדבר איננו מקובל. חוץ מהמקרה הספציפי הזה שגם בעל הנכס התנצל אין ספור פעמים, זה באמת מקום מדהים, תמורה ענקית לכסף, לא יקר בכלל יחסית למקום ולמה שקיבלנו. לשיפור - הייתי שמח לכריות ושמיכות נורמליות, המיטה הייתה כמו קרש עץ ולא נוחה בכלל וחבל, מקום ברמה כלכך גבוהה עם ציוד בלי סוף גם במטבח, הייתי שמח למיטה יותר נוחה ולשמיכה נורמלית. הבריכה מתוחזקת ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, גימור של הנכס ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, בעלי נכס מאוד מאוד נחמדים, ללא ספק אחזור.

The location is perfect, and the house was designed by Fanni's and Agapi's mother who is an architect. The house blends perfectly in the forest environment and has a lot of small artistic details. It is surrounded with a spacious yard in the middle of the woods. Near Fava and Karidi beaches, with Fava beach assessable on foot. Agapi was there, staying at the first floor, to make our stay even more comfortable. Agapi gave us very good tips on the beaches and restaurants to visit in the area, and Sithonía in general. There are 2 apartments at the ground floor, where we were staying. That is very convenient in case 2 families are coming together, as we were. Vourvourou is 2.5km from the house, where you can find a supermarket, and also some good restaurants that Agapi will tell you more about. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities for cooking, but you can also eat outside for a decant amount of money. Agapi will share all these tips with you for an unforgettable stay!
