Nestled quietly in Yoshida is the private rental Yakushima PORTE.We renovated a detached house that was originally a private home for private lodging. When you open the front door, you can see the inside of the house in one view, as it is a Heike-style house.It is a warm space where you can relax, with a sense of nostalgia from the large beams, and the smell of new wood. Hotels in tourist spots are nice, but if you visit Yakushima, I want you to experience and enjoy life in Yakushima.And, "I want to come back to Yaku Island and Yoshida again!"I hope that this is a place where you can think that way. The bathrooms, toilets, and sinks have been renovated to make your stay more comfortable.The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and tabletop stove. We also provide a rental car for your travel during your stay.There is also a parking lot near the dormitory, so please let us know when you make a reservation. A whole inn, Suipingxian

This is a private rental accommodation on a hill overlooking the horizon of Shima-yakushima, a World Natural Heritage site. Enjoy a relaxing time with family and friends in a spacious 77-square-meter old house. There are few houses around, and it is a quiet place surrounded by trees and a small stream. You can see the sea to the east, so you can sometimes see the moonrise. The starry sky is also very beautiful. Anbo town is a 10-minute drive, convenient for shopping and eating. The popular Jomon Sugi mountain climbing bus stop is a 15-minute drive away. If you're having trouble finding a rental car, you can car share the owner's car (using the Carstay app). It is a light vehicle with a capacity of 4 people and it is a cargo car, so the ride comfort is not the best, but it is a 4WD with plenty of luggage space. It is a bungalow in Honmachi (Motomachi), which is the center of Minami-tyako Town. You can walk to the convenience store in 2 minutes and walk to the restaurants in the middle of almost everything (the downtown area of Minami seeds).It is the center of town yet quiet.Fully renovated a 40-year-old bungalow in 2022.Relax with your family or friends at this restful place. There is a garden and a rim side There is an outside water supply (there is a hose, so it will be a shower). There are both Japanese-style rooms (8 tatami mats) and Western-style rooms (8 tatami mats). 森の中に佇む山小屋　Neru Hut

Two small huts close together in the middle of the forest. One has 5 bunk beds, TV space, separate toilet, and bathroom. The other has a lounge, kitchen, table, fireplace, and another toilet. Very private with river access. Neru Hut is a house nestled in the forest, a 10-minute drive from Yakushima Airport, 15 minutes from Miyakonojura Port, and 10 minutes by car from restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a river on the premises and you can go down and bathe in the water. You'll feel like you're wandering into a private space deep in the mountains. Fisherman's living experience inn: Fuku no Ki

Yakushima is famous for mountains, but the sea, fish are also attractive. This inn is a bit inconvenient, but we treat you like family. And you can eat delicious fresh fish. The building is a converted fisherman's barn. We will cook fish together, heat Goemon bath with firewood, and provide you with a stay as if you were living with us. One cooking experience is included during your stay. On other days, you will stay without meals. Optional fishing boat tour (extra charge) is also available.

Miyanoura Port Convenience: Riverside Entire home

We chose our accommodation's location carefully to make it as convenient as possible. Yakushima is quite remote and doesn't have many transportation options. Yakushima is relatively large, covering about 100 kilometers. There are restaurants and supermarkets scattered around, but it can be challenging to find rental cars or taxis. →You can walk to popular restaurants in just 3 minutes, so you can have a great meal and easily return. Additionally, a supermarket is only a 7-minute walk away.

This location is very quiet & secret place for vacation home. There is a small Tatami room like a tea celemony room that you can use as yoga, meditation etc. for your private time. However, no kitchen facility. We provide an electric pot,cups,small dishies, refrigerater, microwave and oven grills toaster, so you can bring some food etc. There is sea and forest view from the guest cottage. Cottage is made in Japanese style with aromatic local cedar wood , open beams, and Shoji screens.
