Opening November 2024. innnn higashinagasaki is a renovated house that is about 50 years old, limited to one group per day. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.

A great little apartment! The station is about a 10-minute walk away; I recommend entering from either the C1B or C6 entrances. There are a ton of food options around, and we had great fun choosing a new place for dinner every night. Other perks include: great wifi, the washing machine was super fast, and multiple convenience stores within 2-minute walk. This location felt like a great balance between the craziness of Shinjuku/Shibuya and the calmer streets of outer neighbourhoods.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walking distance to Ikebukuro. There’re many restaurants, stores and 7/11’s around, so you’ll never have problems with groceries or late night snacks. Bus and train stations are also quite close, so getting home after a long day on your feet won’t be a hassle. The place itself is cozy, clean and has everything you might need. We stayed for almost a week and were completely satisfied. Also, don’t let the trains running in front of the apartment scare you away. Although it does make some noise, it also gave us very unique videos and photos! The host was great and responsive!

Located at the west exit of Ikebukuro, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, it is very convenient to take the Yamanote Line, and the transportation is very convenient, but the check-in process is a bit complicated. It was raining heavily when I stayed, which caused a bit of a mess. In addition, the room size, I think it is large in a home close to the subway station. Hotels of the same price are only 12 square meters, and this home has a kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, bathtub, shower area, and the storage space is well planned. The toilet is a smart toilet, the TV is movable, you can put it anywhere you want, there is also an HDMI port, you can bring your own equipment to watch what you want, because it can't use YouTube and Netflix, the only thing that is not good is that there are stains on the sofa, long hair on the floor and bed, but not much, it may be left by the cleaning staff while working, overall I like it here, I will come again if I have the chance.
