We loved the stay at Masato and Kaori's house. We went for a couple of days and the experience was very Japanese. The family that runs the guest house let us know about Japanese culture and their food. The barbecue was very complete and delicious and they are great chefs. Amazing and very, highly recommended

We enjoyed a variety of sports in the large artificial lawn garden and had a very good stay.

It was a very clean and lovely place, partly because it had just opened.I felt that each part of the house, from the design to the furniture and appliances, was well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.The host's response was quick and kind, and it was helpful.There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. This is a lovely house: a bit larger than you normally find in this part of Tokyo. It feels new inside and out. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, with a dishwasher, gas cooktop with fish broiler, big sink, and several electric appliances. It’s got 3 bedrooms with a choice of western or floor mattresses. The area is quiet. The house was clean. Thank you Alex and Pony!

15 minutes from Ikebukuro Station, 5 minutes from convenience stores and supermarkets, Ikebukuro Station has many food shops, 2nd floor lobby has plenty of living space, great for 4-6 people. Only cooking utensils are slightly lacking

Great stay, we stayed for 8 days. The house was close to every corner store you can think of as well as close to train station. The beds were really comfortable and there were separate ac units for every room which was nice. Over all a great stay.

first we chose this place bcs it has early check in at 03.00 pm and later check out at 12.00 pm, no other place offers this. after interacting, Sayo is very friendly and easy to talk to. They even provided us with a baby chair and offered a baby crib 🥰 the place is very quiet, it's usually difficult for my baby to nap by herself but in Sayo's place, she slept soundly during the day and at night so mama papa could rest a lot too 😃 the host is very thoughtful to label everything we need at the house in English ❤️ lastly, it's very spacious. we could open 3 big suitcases at the same time!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Asama-san’s place. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, so we always enjoyed our walk to the train station every morning. We had the opportunity to meet and have breakfast with Asama-san and her other guests. It was a lovely experience. She is very kind and hospitable, and we loved talking with her. I highly recommend staying at her accommodations.

A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

We had a wonderful stay in this Tokyo apartment! As a family of 5 with a small child, we truly appreciated how spacious and comfortable the place was. The location couldn’t be better—just 3 minutes to the train and having a supermarket right across the street was so convenient. The host was kind and responsive, and we were grateful for the baby high chair and all the supplies provided for the week. Thank you for making our trip so smooth and enjoyable. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families!

All I can say is WOW! This Airbnb has wonderful reviews for great reason. We really appreciate the step by step guide with photos to assist with locating the home. We began with a great whole body workout to lug our suitcases up the narrow staircase, but the reward at the top was well worth it. The air conditioner worked well in the rooms. The washer and detergent provided was an added bonus; with the current hot temperatures, our clothes dried quickly hanging outside. The complimentary drinks and snacks, responsive host, and quiet neighborhood really made a difference making this home exceptional. Next time we are in Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again!

House is new and very clean. You can feel this from walking on the floor It’s a safe and quiet compared to the other side of Ikebukuro station. A park and super market in walking distance is pleasant Host is very responsive and friendly. They solve the WiFi issue immediately. TV height is a little high. Everything is new and works well. Even expected, the narrow floor plan and going up/downstairs everyday is still tough. But kids love the separation from parents. Overall a good value in this expensive Tōkyō life

this place is spacious for Japan. it was clean and had everything you wanted in an airbnb place. the two half baths (upstairs & downstairs) was convenient for a family of 5. the house is located in a very private area and very quiet. it's less than 5min walk to nearby train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. it's also 3-4 stops away from the Shinjuku train station, which is very convenient. the air conditioning works great during the summer time in Tokyo. the hosts (Naomi and Watanabe) are great and responsive to our inquiries. they provided us to lists of recommended restaurants, if needed. a big 75" TV (i think) in the living room was great. the kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a meal if needed. we didn't use them much but they're available. we highly recommended anyone visiting Tokyo to stay at this place. we definitely would stay here again on our next visit here. Thank you.
