Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Niš

When we arrived at the apartment, everything was perfectly prepared. The flat was clean and comfortable. A very well-stocked supermarket is just a minute's walk away. We did some hikes recommended by Dejan and loved them. Contact with Dejan and Gordana was always easy and pleasant. Internet was great. We also felt comfortable in the neighbourhood. Our son even found children to play with. We can recommend the accomodation.

Jovan was so helpful and such a great host. We would like to stay here if we visit Niš again.

Сняли отметить день рождение жены на выходные. Нас было 4 человека и 2 котика. Дом шикарный, очень понравился как интерьер, так и территория. Есть все необходимое для отдыха: музыка, гриль, качели, телевизор, баскетбол и бокалы для любого типа напитков. Мы отлично провели время на красной и уютной вилле. Даже решили продлить пребывание на 3й день! Спасибо Елене за гостеприимство!

Mezgraja is in really wild nature. Slobodan accomodation is like paradise with pool, hot tab and nice garden. Slobodan and him wife are very nice people and served us delicios breakfast. I highly recommend!

My two friends and I stayed at Zoran’s for one night only, but Zoran was very friendly, willing to wait for us and greet us with a smile. He was also willing to help us anytime with anything we needed. The room was very cozy, with clean and nice bathroom. If you need anything that might make your stay better, ask Zoran and he will do everything possible to give it to you. Kind, communicative and helpful - we couldn’t ask for better host. Hope to stay at your place sometime again! 🙂

Superb modern apartment with loads of space and fitted with excellent amenities. Parking in underground garage was a bit tight, but quite secure. Vladan was very helpful, although we didn't get to meet him. We walked to the Fortress for the exercise and it took an hour, but lots to do and see along the way.

I had an amazing time at this place. I was working from home, also sightseeing and in the evenings chilling on the balcony with the amazing view the flat has to offer. Restaurants, shops and all main attractions are super close. I love walking so I walked to all of them which required 10min to 1hr by foot depending on the attraction but there was no need for taxi. The host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Thank you for this lovely stay. Nis and their people are beautiful!

Alles wunderbar, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Und die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, alles ist direkt um die Ecke und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kann es nur empfehlen :)

Smeštaj je bio perfektan. Nova zgrada, u mirnom kraju grada. Komunikacija sa Aleksandrom i njenim sinom je bila odlična i sve je prošlo u najboljem redu. Obezbeđeno je bilo i parking mesto, tako da nismo imali nikakvih problema.

Jelena was very nice and forthcoming. Check-in was easy and flexible. The apartment is right in the city centre, but very quiet. It was clean, spacious and the bed and pull-out couches were comfortable. If I come back to Niš, this will be my first choice! Thank you for the lovely stay ♥️

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Niš! Das Apartment von Tijana war perfekt für uns – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Tijana war eine tolle Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Meine Familie und ich haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Tijana!

A great looking place thats close to everything you need.

It is a shame that even nowadays so many people, especially in Serbia, want to rent airbnb to earn money, but they do not care about their guests. Unlike Ivan. I have stayed in so many places over the years because I had to, and I have to say that Ivan is a rare type of host and his airbnb apartment rare type of apartments. First of all, when it comes to Ivan, he was proactively in contact with me before I came to his apartment and even afterwords. Wanted to make sure that everything was allright for me and that I was satisfied. Very kind, pleasant person, helpful. Next, his apartment was squeaky clean, which is a rare find nowadays, and in also a very proper and clean neighbourhood. Again, a very rare find. How clean it was, I could eat off of the apartment surfaces, so it was the greatest and most pleasant surprise. More than just well-equipped with necessities. Ivan thought of everything! I recommend Ivan and his place, most sincerely, with my whole heart!

A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

We had a wonderful stay in this flat right in the heart of Niš. Located on the top floor, it offers an incredible view of the city. The apartment is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us much. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy city life!

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.

Jovan is an excellent host! The place is so peaceful and the sun hits the balcony in the morning with nothing but trees in sight.
