Nippes is a popular district of Cologne with countless shopping, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity, as well as the Florastraße subway stop less than 100 meters away. The apartment is located in a house from the 30s and was recently extensively renovated. I live in the apartment myself and rent it out when I am not there.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance.
