Very nice apartment. Brand new, beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you could give 6 stars, I would. At this price, a very nice apartment. There was even a nice tea set inside. The host responds quickly and helps check in. The only disadvantage is that the location is far away, so expect that you will have to take a taxi to the sights about 20 minutes for 10 dollars. There will be no cafes or shops nearby. But the apartment itself exceeds all expectations

A cosy place in Ninh Binh. There is a market/small shops nearby. The place is really nicely equipped. Despite located on a busy street, the bedroom is in the back and quiet. Host is responsive and accommodating.

I had an amazing time at this villa! Upon arrival, I was amazed by the charm of the spacious, quiet, super well decorated place, it immediately felt good. Everything was fine, nothing was missing. And most importantly, the host was great: super responsive, nice, attentive... we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Honestly, it was a perfect break. Super friendly volks who are running the place! It felt quiet there and it was nice to hear the birds and see the mountains and rice fields. It's just a short walk away from the town center. For breakfast they offered some fried rice, fried eggs, fruits and pancakes. All in all great experience. We would come back:)

We arrived very early via a night bus and despite the fact that check-in was only from 2 p.m. we were able to leave our things in our room from 11 a.m., and in the meantime we were able to have breakfast. The hostesses speak English well, which made it easy for us to communicate, our room was clean and had a private bathroom, possibility to rent bikes by the day. Very good value for money, good location and quiet. The little extra: a free bottle of cold water per person on departure

Thanh and his wife host a fantastic homestay! Thanh is a super fast person to get in touch with, and offers various recommendations for the local area. He can also arrange bus tickets to pick you up from the place as well. The place is very clean, AC is great, and the WiFi is also fast. Side note, can’t tell from the photos but the rooms also come with a mini fridge and large plug-in fan. All in all, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if back in Ninh Binh.

staying at Ninh's place was truly a wonderful and lovely experience, she got in touch with us before our trip started and planned a wonderful 5 star ha long bay cruise at a minimal price along with transport to her place. she was very responsive and caring I felt as though I was home away from home, she planed our entire itinerary in ninh binh at a nominal price and it was wonderful. her food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable, my 15 month old daughter fell ill during the trip and Miss. Ninh helped us with the doctor and the hospital and the tests personally working as our translator and she gracefully allowed us to cook food for our daughter in her kitchen without any fuss. I truly recommend families to stay here on their trip to ninh binh for a warm, cozy and homely stay. this place was truly a home away from home!!!!
