Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with ample space for 4 adults and 4 children and up to 2 infants in a travel cot. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity is DKK 3.79 per kWh. I reserve the right to raise the price, water is DKK 79 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check-out.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Hello cat and rabbit lovers. Would you like to help us some days take care of our two cute dwarf rabbits and three cute cats while we're on vacation? The house is only available on July 21st-July 25. I couldn't set the price lower than 66kr. Per night, but we may find out. The house is a cozy wooden house on two floors, with 1200m2 garden with swing stand, trampoline and sandbox. There are lovely sea views and walking distance to lovely Ebeltoft city. A few minutes by car to several beaches.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.
