The property is part of a small private housing estate which provides a peaceful and a relaxing holiday. It is located right next to a beach with pristine water. In less than 8 min. walking there is a super market, bunch of nice restaurants and a beach bar. The place itself feels way more spacious than in the pics. We appreciated the large veranda and the a/c installed in each of the three rooms! The hosts made us feel as comfortable as possible which is one of our reasons to be impatient to come again next summer. Thank you!

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation. It is simple but cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The sandy beach with turquoise blue sea, borders directly on the property. Ioannis was a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely vacation here again!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The attention to detail made it feel like a home, with all the amenities needed. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Very good stay ,all flawless .

Lovely apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea. We were 5 adults, but the quarry accommodates 5 adults and one child, as there is another baby bed. Bedsand linens are white and clean. Plenty of clothes hangers. Mania kindly provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach for the entire stay. Everything is working and working. WiFi is very good. There is an iron and a laundry board. The hair dryer is very weak and quite old so we couldn't dry our hair with it. We bought extra oil, sugar in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were. Also bought shower gel and soap (it was not in the unit), shampoo and laundry detergent (left for next visitors). Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost of the reservation, as well as another tax ( for 5 people we paid 13.5 euros.). We saw this a few days before arrival. But we did not use the air conditioning, as it was quite comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Quickly communicated and resolved all our issues. The sea and the beach are clean

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Five stars for this wonderful sea view, the proximity to the beach and the very warm hosts Dimitris and his mother, who stayed on the ground floor, we felt comfortable with them. We sought and found peace and quiet. At the end of September the beach was empty, the temperatures were ideal. Once we could see dolphins from the magnificent balcony. For dining, we recommend the authentic village square of Agios Nikolaos with nice atmosphere and various restaurants, or the port of Ormos, where you can also buy freshly caught fish in the morning. Our stay was very relaxing and we would be happy to come back.

The apartment is lovely, well located very close the beach, the apartment is well equipped for what a family would need. The apartment has a good view of the sea. Maki and the team are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our holidays at there nest and would not hesitate to visit the place again.

First if all,i would like to thank Goerge and his family for great hospitality. Location is pefect for those who want a peace of mind. Pefrect sea view,really big terrasse for morning and evening relaxation. The place is very clean,comfy,has everything you need for a great vacation. Internet worked perfect all the time. I have nothing more to say but to strongly recommend this place and Goerge as a host.

The place was very nice. Very easy to find, have available and free street parking right in front of the house, and also very convenient was that there is a supermarket managed by the owner within the same house. So, you always have what you need very close. Restaurants and bakeries in Mesimeri are of great quality and prices, but also eating by the sea, or enjoying Thessaloniki is just a 15 minutes' drive, so there are lots of options. Stratos is very responsive, and gave us a really big list of options for lots of different activities in the area, so we have on our to do list things for next couple of years for sure :)

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

Incredible hospitality. The apartment was super clean with all the useful appliances a family needs in their daily lives. Mr. Theodoros and Mrs. Mary were always cheerful and available to the questions that existed. A place to feel at home, very close to the center of Kallithea without having to use your car and just a few minutes away from the spotless beaches. I wish all apartments to be exemplified by this one.

The apartment is lovely and near the beautiful beach. We had a very nice time there. It was calm, the sea water was warm and there were few people on the beach, may be because it was end of season. We would like for sure to visit this place again.

We stayed in Alex's place for 7 days and the whole experience was just amazing. Firstly I want to thank Alex for being so helpful with changing the arriving date for us, with so short notice. The place is perfect if you want to relax and recharge your batteries: -big terrace with breathtaking view -clean pool amenities -lift to a privat wild beach -Close to shops, restaurants and bars Thank you again and we will definelly be back!

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

We spent 10 days in the house and the experience exceeded our expectations, you will undoubtedly feel at home in this house. The whole complex is pleasant and quiet, and in the middle of August you can get away from crowds, noise and parking problems here. In the house you will find equipment that you even didn't know you needed. Charliaos' mother will see you off and welcome you warmly, and in between you will have complete privacy. Highly recommended
