Great place to stay for a few days.

Good location of the apartment. Close to the sea, restaurants, bakeries and all the local activities. The apartment is spacious, the apartment was not hot. One air conditioner is enough for all three rooms. Communication with the owner of the apartment went great.

Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

Nice apartment in a quiet (at least in May) residential area, one block from the sea. It's just as described: simple and but comfy and homely. And with brand-new kitchen appliances. It's also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need (pots, pans, cutlery , Nespresso machine, electric kettle) as well as things that many hosts neglect, such as coffee, salt, spices, paper towels, trash bags, sponge & dish-wasing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, a TV, a small Bluetooth speaker, etc.). We also liked the spacious balcony, from where the sea can be seen. And Tina is a wonderful host! Super friendly and helpful, she was always quick to reply, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, as well as where to park in Thessaloniki. We would definitely recommend and return here!
