Nikiti is located on Chalkidiki in the municipal of Sithonia. From the airport Thessaloniki you need round about 1 hour with car to Nikiti. The main Road divides Nikiti into two parts. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.

The residence is located in the area of Agios Georgios of Nikiti, 2 km from the sea and 1 km from large supermarkets. It provides a private, safe, enchanting, lush and quiet environment where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Our area is considered a focal point of Sithonia, because the enchanting beaches of Sithonia are very close for daily getaways. The garden, the outdoor bed and the barbecue area are shared spaces.

There are also 4 large supermarkets in the village. There are popular beaches near the village. the house is located in one of the quiet and cool places of the village.

Welcome to Nikiti, at the municipality of Sithonia. A destination that can offer everything. Clean coast, deep blue sea, excursions to near beaches and of course night life. The location of my summer house is ideal, walking distance from everything you might need. Three-minute walk to the beach, and 7-8 minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fish taverns, super market.
