Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. It is fully furnished and has a modern design where natural materials such as stone and wood are mostly used giving the interior a warm, intimate feel. The villa is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six people in one double bed, two single beds and on the sofa bed in the living room.
