The ryokan has been gradually renovated and revitalized (currently under renovation), featuring whitewashed earthen walls and natural Kenji-zeki bamboo fencing, among other features.Originally an old house opened as an almost 100% inbound accommodation.We are conducting a semi open-air bath in the interior of the warehouse and renovation work centered around the water. ■ Soothing moss garden ■ There are front yards, courtyards, back gardens, and three moss gardens, and well water flows everywhere, and there are hand-water bowls, rapids, deer, creeks running between flying stones, and pot ponds, including koi, medaka, tanago, and river shrimp, and a biotoping space where wild birds live. ■ Chick-in lounge (cafe/bar space), souvenir corner ■ You can drink authentic cocktails on the first floor of the main building.There are souvenir corners such as overseas imported interior miscellaneous goods/accessories/natural stones/charms such as Bali.

This accommodation is limited to one group per day and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the many islands in the Seto Inland Sea and the sunset. Designed by the host, an architect who has won numerous awards overseas. Not extraordinary, but a "delicate life" with the theme of enriching everyday life. You can experience that kind of life here. There is a separate indoor bath from the Hinoki bath, but the view of Setouchi and the starry sky from the Goemon bath, heated with firewood, is the best. If you're lucky, you'll see artificial satellites and meteors. The water heated by firewood never gets cold. It warms you from the core of your body. The bedding is specially ordered from a long-established bedding manufacturer in Kyoto, and the bath invites you to relax your body and mind and sleep soundly. Most guests say they sleep well. During the day, you might want to spend some time in the lounge filled with houseplants. Enjoy the sunlight shining through the trees from the skylight. Here, the right answer is to do nothing and just be. How about emptying your mind? If you request at least a week before your stay, we can prepare local food from Oshima Island and seasonal food that we can get through a special route. If you wish, you can also dine at a counter made of pure cedar, similar to a traditional Japanese restaurant.

This private rental accommodation, limited to one group per day, is a carefully renovated traditional Japanese house built 70 years ago. A cozy space with exposed wood beams and pillars, equipped with convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, a kitchen, and a projector, making it perfect for family trips, gatherings with friends, or workations. Arahama is located almost in the center of Shikoku, with easy access to Matsuyama, Takamatsu, Kochi, and Tokushima.It is very convenient as a base for traveling around Shikoku. During the day, we fully enjoyed the charms of Niihama, including Main Topia Beppuko, Oshima, and Taki-no-Miya Park, and in the evening, we used ingredients purchased at a local supermarket to prepare a leisurely meal in the kitchen of our traditional kominka house.You can enjoy a movie using the projector and spend your time traveling the way you live. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance in the area.Please use this property as your “base for exploring Shikoku,” where sightseeing and daily life come together in comfort.

I've updated the photos of the room. The bunk bed in the Western-style room has been removed and replaced with two single beds. The maximum number of guests has been changed to 6. If you already have a reservation for 7 or more people, you can stay with the same number of people without any changes. Naoshima has become a tourist destination not only for Japan but also for the whole world. What changes, what doesn't. Each blends naturally, and the air flows in a way that can only be experienced in Naoshima. You'll feel it even more by staying on Naoshima. Sakura-so opened in the summer of 2014. It is a guest house with a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere. 5-minute walk from the center of Naoshima's Miyanoura. It is located in a very quiet place. This is a private inn attached to a renovated warehouse cafe. It is a safe and convenient location within walking distance of the limited express station, shopping district, and the famous "Zenigata sand painting". At the end of the garden, there is a large river and the famous mountain of "Sora no Torii", where you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the river in the morning, walk around the city during the day, and enjoy the garden lights at night. The cafe serves delicious bread, coffee, and deli (open Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm) and occasionally hosts events such as cooking classes and weddings. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
