Upstairs seating and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance several shops, restaurants, supermarket and bakery. Cot and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately on arrival). A stair gate is installed at the top. Check-in from 14.00h. Check-out before 10.00 am. From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the edge of Koudekerke. The property is located in a unique spot with a private garden and terrace. It has modern décor and all amenities. The downstairs floor features a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy seating area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, make-up beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

Friendly holiday home Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located on a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where you can find nice shops and restaurants. From the park you walk directly into the dune area which gives access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
