Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy vacation cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise of Limburg. This charming accommodation offers all the comfort you need for a carefree vacation. Our cottage is located at the back of our spacious garden, where peace and privacy are paramount. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and electric heating. We provide towels, shampoo, soap.

Hulsbeek Farm: Enjoy nature and tranquility

The studio is accessible via a separate side entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people). The studio consists of a beautiful open space and is located on the 2nd floor, the former hayloft of our farm. The cozy studio has an equipped kitchenette, a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, a cozy sitting area with TV and a sofa bed. A maximum of 1 dog is welcome (after mutual consultation) with a €10 cleaning fee.

On a 2-hectare estate, you will stay in a tiny house located next to a horse stable of a herd of 10 horses. The cottage is the base to recharge in peace. The horses are available for outdoor walks or coaching. During the summer you can use the swimming pool. And with the wood-fired pizza oven or firebridge, cooking workshops are organized.
