There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Accommodation in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, additional 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that the proximity to the garden can also cause an insect to stray into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Thanks to the good connection to public transport, Bonn and the Rhineland can be reached quickly - ideal for both leisure activities and business trips.

Stay in the most beautiful street in Ehrenfeld

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
