Our house is free between fields, forest and meadows set in beautiful countryside. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large kitchen-living room, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard grounds, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" is quickly accessible.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.

A spacious bed with a vibrant red comforter is positioned in a well-lit room. Decorative shelves are attached to the wall, displaying various items. Two speakers are mounted beside the bed, enhancing the room's ambiance.
