Excelente lugar,todo tal cual en las fotos, muy acogedor, en un sector muy tranquilo. Ercira estuvo pendiente en todo momento, nos contestó siempre muy oportunamente. Nos dio indicaciones muy claras para llegar al condominio. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos acá en un próximo viaje.

Arrendé este espacio para unos colegas que venían por una semana. Fue muy agradable la estancia, el lugar muy tranquilo, bien ubicado y bonito. Tiene lo que se necesita para una estancia de varios días. Lo único que le falta es una cafetera.

Our stay at Fabian's condo was wonderful! Fabian is so responsive through messaging. He allowed us to check in at 10 am (!!) and also let us have a late check out. The restaurants nearby are delicious (especially Mercato), and it was so nice to be a block or two from the University. His home is just like the pictures. Having Fabian be able to respond immediately to all our questions is really what made the stay perfect. Oh, the coffeehouse connected to the condo building is awesome and has long hours! Thanks, Fabian!

La estadía en la casa fue muy agradable. Las fotos y descripción son un buen reflejo, pero la realidad es mejor. Casa muy grande, habitaciones amplias, todo muy bien. El entorno parecía una casa en un bosque muy aislado, estando muy cerca de la ciudad. Vista increíble. Todo bien , sin ningún problema.
