Excellent place, everything is as shown in the photos, very cozy, in a very quiet area. Ercira was always available, she always answered us very promptly. He gave us very clear directions to get to the condominium. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Our stay at Fabian's condo was wonderful! Fabian is so responsive through messaging. He allowed us to check in at 10 am (!!) and also let us have a late check out. The restaurants nearby are delicious (especially Mercato), and it was so nice to be a block or two from the University. His home is just like the pictures. Having Fabian be able to respond immediately to all our questions is really what made the stay perfect. Oh, the coffeehouse connected to the condo building is awesome and has long hours! Thanks, Fabian!

Mrs. Rosa very worried and friendly, the cabin has a wonderful view of the sea, by the way very clean and pleasant to be several days.

The stay at the house was very nice. The photos and description are a good reflection, but reality is best. Very large house, spacious rooms, everything was very good. The surroundings looked like a house in a very secluded forest, being very close to the city. Amazing view. All good , no problem at all.
