This custom home has a welcoming space with a brand new full-size modern kitchen, dining area, and living space. This guest suite is equipped with a separate furnace, AC unit and thermostat as well as a water heater and water softener.

Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Next to a new park and walking areas, clean and comfortable. Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra person

The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.

When we booked this house, all we knew was that we were going to a wedding in Logan. The wedding turned out to be two blocks down the street. The house was perfect for all the family to stop by and hang out during all the festivities. Nice quiet neighborhood, except for the mad dash to church at 9 am on Sunday morning. ;) Very pleasant stay.

Spacious 3br Main Floor Unit Near USU and Downtown

Mindi did a great job with the renovation of an old house with a basement . It was made to two Arbnb’s .We stayed at the top in a 3 bedroom house.The front of the house is on a rural road that can be busy at times but it is easy to get in and out of the driveway . The two bedrooms and the living room are in the front of the house. The master bedroom was on the back of the house and It was much more quiet with back yard with trees and birds. I loved the fresh air and the coolness from the multiple streams surrounding the neighborhood. There are two bathrooms that made our stay more comfortable even though we are a couple. Mindi went above and beyond to take care of the house prior to our arrival as we have allergies. she has allergy mattress’s covers and pillowcases. She also had a coffee keurig machine and she got good quality local coffee for us. I love the tea maker and I will buy one for my house. The house was very nice and we will rebook

This was one of the most beautiful places I've stayed at. The guest house is cozy and just what you need for 1-2 people. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. We enjoyed walking the little trails and our dogs love being able to stretch their legs. We also enjoyed the farm fresh eggs from the resident chickens as well feeding them our left overs I loved not having food waste. Listening to the Coyotes sing their song at feeding time was a special treat every day. Phaedra was an amazing host and very communicative. I would 100% recommend staying here if you enjoy nature while being close to the city!

We had a lovely stay! The home was charming and tucked just off the street, surrounded by beautiful trees that made it feel incredibly peaceful. It was cute, clean, and nicely updated with all the amenities we needed—including a very spacious refrigerator. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was truly relaxing, and we would absolutely stay again!
