Checked in after 11pm, and the reception staff was polite.The room is like the photos, it is quite spacious.Overall clean and quiet, good value for money.The property is in a business building, there are companies that also have other converted daily suites, access is a little cluttered, solo travelers should pay attention

The place felt like home. The apartment is very spacious and organized, has all the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. We were two people and stayed almost 1 week as we had to work remotely. The wi-fi was very reliable, a bit over 100mbps speed which was great for us. The location is very good, a beautiful temple just beside it. There is a 7-eleven nearby where you can get some stuff specially late night. It was very easy and fast to find the flat and check-in. The shower was great, and toiletries were kindly provided. Very comfy place!

A wonderful place downtown, close to anything you need to get to. 7-Eleven is right across the street which made it easy for a quick trip during the typhoon. The place was incredibly clean and ready for anyone needing a personal place that feels like your own apartment. Ray even checked to make sure I was okay and reminded me beforehand to get supplies when needed and where I could easily get things, as well as helping get to public transport easily. It was an amazing stay and I should've booked for longer.

I've stayed at Jennifer's place in March/April with my mother, husband and 3 month old baby. The place was incredible and super clean and had a lot of facilities which made me feel I was at home. Jennifer also arranged for a baby crib which was very helpful. Location is great, easy 5-10min walk to the nearest MRT and shopping area. Even a 30sec walk to Showba (small/quick for getting laundry detergent and such). We had rented a car and we have a scooter. And it was easy to park in the garage downstairs. We've felt safe throughout the stay. I loved that Jennifer came and introduced the apartment and building towards us with all amenities as well as recommendations for nearby places. Unfortunately no swimming pool access in March/April :P Nonetheless, I will never forget this place away from home and I recommend staying at her place! Great communication and definitely worth booking again whenever I go back to see my family there :)

Good location, nearby parks and parking lots, close to Ruifeng Night Market, Hanshin Arena.The only downside is that the water pipes are loud.

The whole check-in was good from start to finish, from the host to ask when to arrive, can use self check in will not have to rush before a few times, to ask how the coffee machine was used The response speed and warmth was very attentive, the amenities were no more to say, clean, upscale, comfortable, and through the checkout time!

Nice apartment well supplied with many extras (ice maker, water filter, dryer, robovac etc). Also a very helpful and friendly host. Good location in Kaohsiung with many parks nearby, a number of restaurants and convenience stores and an easy walk to a PX Mart and Carrefour. One caveat: there is currently construction on a high-rise next door so some tolerance for noise is required during the day. Kaohsiung really surprised me. A thriving growing metropolis with both old and new Taiwan represented. Highly recommend you visit if you are coming to Taiwan.

The check-in instructions are clear and convenient, and the Host clearly explained the sound situation downstairs before booking. I think the starting point is good. There are many delicious restaurants near the house, Dandan is not far from the opposite side, breakfast Xinglongju is a short walk away, there is beef soup, chicken soup restaurant, and a little further away is Liuhe Night Market.There is Youbike near the first floor, and you can ride straight for a short distance to Baoya (you can park at the door) and delicious duck rice. As for the noise karaoke mentioned in everyone's comments, I used to turn on the TV as white noise during my stay, so it didn't really affect me.But the sound is very subjective, if you stay in the room for a long time (from about 1pm to late at night), and are used to a very quiet environment, you may want to consider. During my stay, I also worked remotely in the room all day, and I didn't think it was big enough to affect online meeting communication.for your reference.

Very close to Xin Zuoying station, very easy to commute and good life function.The house is very clean and very comfortable.

It seemed a little small for more than 5 people, but it was nice to be able to talk with each other. The air conditioning works well and the warm water works well. If there's a downside, it's that the bathroom isn't well ventilated, so you have to keep the ventilator on, and the accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there's no elevator. But it was nice to be able to enjoy it privately with my friends! Thank you for allowing us to stay in a good place:)
