Nice place to stay

Billy’s place was the perfect spot for a work trip but also let us visit Niagara Falls since it was so close. We ran into trouble while working and Billy was responsive and flexible allowing us to extend our stay. Really great Airbnb.

Perfect location for seeing the sights. Easy walk to the falls, shops, Underground Railroad museum, and Canada. Very clean and neat, felt safe in the area. My only complaint would be the charge to have an early check in. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo and Airbnb’s and sometimes they can accommodate an early check in and sometimes not but I’ve never been charged when they can accommodate arriving a few hours early. I understand it was my choice to pay or not but with a 4 days stay booked I felt I might have been given a couple hours early without a fee.

Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls and way more affordable than other places. The place is pretty roomy! Billy was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall great stay!

The accommodation is beautiful at a time and has the advantage that it is in exchange for a beautiful garden 10 minutes walk on the legs .. The landlord is very friendly and serves you at any time

Billy was a very responsive host both prior to, and after our arrival. The instructions we received for getting into the home were very clear. The accommodations were great for our group. We were in town to visit Niagara Falls, and the location was within a reasonable driving distance. The home was clean and had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was a full size fridge and freezer, which was great. Thankfully, we knew ahead of time that there were not any large pots or pans to cook a big meal for our group, so we could plan accordingly. There was some minor damage to walls & other areas, but Billy says that someone has already been called to make repairs. The only addition that would’ve been nice was if there had been some coffee and coffee filters available to go along with the coffee maker. Amble soap and shampoo were provided in the bathrooms, and we had enough bedding. The TV was also easy to use.

We had a great stay! The apartment was perfect for a group—spacious, clean, and in a fantastic location that made it easy to walk to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The host was responsive and very welcoming, which made check-in and communication smooth. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This was our first Airbnb stay and overall it was great. The location was close to where we needed to be, it was quiet, and the accomdations matched the listing. Ayman was responsive throughout the entire process and we would certainly recommend this location to others!

What a great place! It was an easy drive to Niagara Falls while feeling remote and peaceful. The pool was amazing. Kitchen was clean with everything you could need for home cooked feasts. The beds were comfortable. I would come back for sure.

We had a great time in Niagara Falls. The walk to the falls was about 20-30 minutes, not bad at all. We were grateful to not have to pay for parking! The neighborhood was a little run down, but we didn’t feel unsafe. House was clean and had what we needed.
