Thu was a very good host and always responded quickly and fulfilled his guest's wishes. The apartment is clean and tidy, and has almost what you need (hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo) , except towels were not stocked but responded quickly when we asked about it, we think it's great of you). The surroundings are very quiet and green compared to Central of Saigon, but very easy to reach to the city center. We would love to rent the apartment again next time. Thanks for that. Til 🙏🏽

This was the second time I stayed in one of Mai Anh's condos. The furnishings were adequate and easy to manage. The location and building with infinity pool and lots of cafes on the street are all very convenient and homey.

Great place to stay. Nice clean room, great views and the swimming pool was just amazing. They also had a playground in the pool which is great if you have kids.

I had a fantastic stay at Matcha! The apartment is very clean, new, and extremely comfortable, with a great atmosphere that made it feel like home. The neighborhood is peaceful yet lively, with many convenient services nearby—everything from local eateries to convenient stores (7-eleven, Mini-stop, K-market…) just a short walk away. If you’re working in District 7 or the Nhà Bè area, this place is especially convenient with easy access to main roads and minimal commute hassle. The host is incredibly supportive and responsive, always ready to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Strongly recommended for both short and long stays!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, great location, clean and tidy space, fantastic communication from owner and decent facilities.

Doat's house is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-quality furnishings. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fully stocked, and we didn’t miss a thing. It truly felt like a home away from home. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. Celesta Rise apartment is like a resort with 3 big pools, karaoke room with high quality speakers which can make your voice sounds like a real singer, 500m2 gym, tennis court, sky garden,... Doat is also a very kind and easy-going host, always thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I love these group of buildings and the host supplied basic cooking supplies which is rarity in Vietnam Airbnb’s so that’s a big plus for me. Would happily stay here again

Really great price for a beautiful apartment and the location is the best! Super close to crescent apartments and lots of delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. If you stay, I recommend going to Raum Cafe just down the road.

Everything is fine, the apartment owns a very nice river view even in the evening it's not too sad.

I spent 2 nights at this apartment in Sky89 and it was a great time. The building has good security and in good condition, many amenities such as Karaoke room, movie room, rooftop pool & sauna. The only thing is that you have to settle your car/bike parking spot because this area doesn't allow street parking, you can ask the security guard for a parking spot outside of the building, the basement of the building costs more if you don't mind. The apartment is spacious and minimal, they also provide water. Hosts are very responsive :)

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay.
