The unit is on a communal property but has its own private entrance and has a lovely large patio overlooking a small garden. Our communal garden and pool area is available for you. We are 3kms from Watercrest shopping mall and in walking distance to Krantzkloof nature reserve. Please note we have no back up for electricity outages
