It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

This flat is the perfect introduction to Hanoi It is spotless and in a great location. There is a small supermarket next door which is helpful and the flat is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and shops of the old quarter. The host was so responsive and helpful, especially when we got locked out. The roof terrace was an amazing added bonus. We’d love to stay here again!

Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Great host and staff — was travelling with my father and they offered the apartment next door for him which was so helpful. Places were clean and neat and had all available amenities present. Would recommend this place.

Cindy and her team were extremely nice and helpful. I was able to arrive late at night and they were waiting for my arrival! They also cleaned my room, and left water. They provide laundry soap and cooking basics! Excellent attention! Thank you so much

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic 5/5 Airbnb! Spacious room, beautiful decor, cold air conditioning, and close to many restaurants/cafes. The best part of our stay was receiving assistance from Ms. Huong though! She was so helpful and friendly and she saved us a lot of time by helping with certain tasks. She always welcomed us upon our return and she left us hand written notes daily. They could easily charge for her services, but surprisingly everything she did was included in our stay. 5/5 Airbnb, 100/5 for Ms. Huong!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

It was my first time visit in Hanoi and the airbnb was amazing. Location near the train street it was easy to walk and find beautiful spots. The airbnb had all the amenities available and even some free snacks. Totally loved the place

It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!
