Welcome to your home away from home! The General's quarters is a flat in vibrant and growing Northwest Ohio. Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

The town's beloved cafes & restaurants are walkable. Just a couple of blocks away there is a library, tranquil bike & walking trail, & river. We provide two kayaks & paddles to add an adventure to your stay. There are also games & puzzles for your group to make memories together!

The Farm

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. We are centrally located only 25 minutes from Ft Wayne and 30 min from Michigan. Barn On Nye Manor wedding venue is just 1 1/2 miles down the road so this is a great spot for wedding guests to gather. Your stay includes great sunrises and the sound of a distant rooster on the large front porch. Enjoy 2 acres of open yard for fun family games and later enjoy marshmallows around the fire pit.

Cattle Creek Stay and Play

Stay close to the action at Cattle Creek Winery and Steakhouse! We offer a spacious home with a fabulous outdoor area with firepit and views and the woods. Just a stones throw away from delicious steaks and fabulous wine, and a good time~ OR just stay at the home and spend time with the family, enjoy the wooded area, have a campfire (we provide campfire sticks) , go on a walk or a bike ride. Lots of gorgeous wild turkey and deer in the area.

You will be able to relax and unwind when you stay in our home-away-from-home, two-bedroom apartment with refrigerator, stove, kitchen, and spacious living and dining rooms. You will have all the comforts of home in this remodeled, comfortable, and charming old house. The downstairs apartment is the air bnb, and the owners live upstairs. Sorry, but you'll have to leave your pets at home.

Gorgeous 1500 square foot suite in our fully restored historic building built in 1913. Located in historic downtown Napoleon. Walking distance to winery, brewery, coffee shop, historic restaurant and bar, and quaint downtown businesses and shops. The Armory also hosts an art gallery, event space, and hair salon.

Walden Cottage

We are accepting guests for short terms stays of up to a week. We are flexible and could extend this for possibly two weeks, but we also want our apartment available for our family and friends. We are new grandparents and want to be able to host our family and friends throughout the year.
