Monthly Rentals in Newton

We spent 4 nights here and would recommend it. The cottage is really lovely. We felt right at home. It was very comfy with lovely furniture and fittings. There was everything we needed. The kitchen is well fitted out. Parking is a real bonus. It’s a great location. 10 mins walk to the Mumbles. 5 mins to Langland beach.

Incredible value for money, Caroline was extremely helpful and the location, accommodation and overall feel of the place was perfect. The studio is well appointed and has everything you could need for a great stay in this brilliant area. Highly highly recommended.

Mitzi's place was great, no problems with check in or check out and great communication prior to our trip. The chapel had everything we needed during our stay, and was in a lovely location and close to the amenities of Mumbles. We'd definitely like to stay again in future.
