Would stay again. The pool is heated. The space is much bigger than we thought. The host messages back quicker than my friends. Fantastic time

Beautiful place and location! We had a smaller group so the house was very spacious, comfortable, we all felt at home. Everyone had their own room. It was the perfect weekend for our last ski trip of the season. We got snow and plowing was taken care of. It was definitely a weight off our shoulder that we didn’t have to worry about that. The restaurants in the area were great! Food and live music! Smooth check in and out process. Recommend this place highly! Would love to come back and see how it is in the summer, but most definitely would love to come back in the winter! :D

Phil’s place was amazing - modern construction and furnishings, clean, well-stocked, and with great amenities. We enjoyed having a place off the beaten path which made for a very peaceful stay, all while being a short drive away from town. We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

Absolutely loved everything about this home, as a Husband, Dad and with a busy Career, i have always had my wife make all the bookings, but this time i was going to take it up. When i first saw this home available for a booking i Contacted Kristine and immediately She responded i was sold on it. It had everything i wanted under one roof, Spacious clean and very comfortable bedrooms, game room for the kids, luxurious amenities including a hot tub and sauna for the Missus. Of course i forgot to shop for Smores but they had them ready laid out for the kids with ready dry wood and a magnificent fireplace outside. Every room is elegant with décor ,safe, secure and scenic environment complements the stay. It felt like a home away from home and the busy tides of life , Very impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My Stay was short but a perfect memory @Kristine Thank you so much for making this trip memorable to us as a family.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub were an added bonus, and the kids loved the game room! Location of the home is private, in a nice neighborhood with a flat paved street, perfect for bikes and scooters. David was a great host, he made everything very easy! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

This place was more spacious than the photos made it look, had a well-appointed kitchen, cozy propane fireplace, and very comfortable beds. It's a 5 minute drive from the slopes -- I recommend it for anyone looking to spend a few days skiing Sunday River.

We slept like babies for two nights. The room was very dark and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was awesome and it was spacious and comfortable. We were hoping for the beautiful views but Mother Nature had other plans - rain and fog. Their property is stunning. Sue and Arthur were great hosts. We’ll be back.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with my friends. It was 3 total and more than enough room. It rained for most of our trip but we made the best of it. They have a spacious patio. Grill and propane fire pit outside. It was very nice. Place was very peaceful. A bit hard to find, GPS kept saying we had reached our destination, but it was a bit further ahead from where the GPS suggested. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Def recommend and would stay here again.
