Josh's place was great. close to our activities, not far from restaurants. josh was very quick to respond and remedy the only issue we had, which was with the hot tub. the only thing we didn't have that I personally wish there was, was a broom. the place was clean but I hate feeling dirt on my feet inside, so I bought a broom, but that was my decision. great place, thanks Josh

We had the most incredible stay at Spruce Mountain Manor! The views were absolutely breathtaking—those expansive windows made it feel like we were on top of the world. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed, from the stunning décor to the warm, welcoming ambiance that made us feel right at home. Tanya was a phenomenal host—kind, responsive, and attentive to every question or need we had. Her hospitality truly made our three-day stay seamless and special. Spruce Mountain Manor is absolutely worth every penny, and we’re already looking forward to returning once the pool, jungle gym, and putting green are completed. It was an unforgettable experience and made my birthday celebration one of the most memorable yet. My entire family was in awe—thank you, Tanya, for helping create such lasting memories!

Great home for our large family gathering. Great location near Sunday River skiing, Downtown and snowmobile trails right outside the door. We had a great time and will be back.

Cute place. Everything we needed was available. Bed was comfortable as well as pull out couch. Enough towels and linen available. Very clean. Will stay again.

My friends and I felt right at home with our stay. Everything was clean and bright. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Loved using the hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately experienced a cold snap with Maine warming up for the summer and had lots of rain/overcast but it did not stop us from enjoying the house. With the time of year there was not a lot to do as we were early for the summer activities and this house is close for skiing. But I would definitely visit again at the right time of year! Also loved that the host was so responsive. It kept me comfortable during our stay.

Easy to find, right on the ski slope, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and saunas. Shower water was sometimes cold, other times worked fine or was really hot. The room was perfect and owner was responsive. I would stay here again, especially during ski season.

Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed in many Air BnBa and this was one of the best . Thanks July .

An absolute beauty! Great Views, comfy beds, amazing sound systems. The home was very clean and organized, everything was very easy to reach as well. Micheal was a great host, very responsive, everything was written down for us as well. Only complaint was that it was difficult to navigate the AC and some pots and pans weren't clean, but we took care of that. Will be coming back next year 🫶🏽

Anyone planning a trip out this way, BOOK Joao’s place 10/10 experience and 10/10 host. Unfortunately I had to leave early and was not able to stay the whole time and Joao went out of his way to extend his well wishes and refund cleaning fees as well as made arrangements to accommodate us on our next booking, which we rebooked right away. Beautiful, just like the pictures and the area is so peaceful and quiet, could not have had a better experience with this Airbnb and host.

The hosts were amazing and it was a seamless check in and check out and the space fit our needs perfectly and the house had endless amenities and games to keep everyone entertained. It was also extremely close to the Sunday River Golf Club. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great Memorial Day weekend stay with family and our three dogs. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We did have some rainy weather, but had plenty of board games to play for all ages. Also, the hot tub was nice on the cool evenings. Will definitely look into staying again. Thank You!

The house was beautifully designed in a way that compliments the nature all around it. The natural wood work is so beautiful. The backyard view of the mountains is so magnificent. I wanted an off the grid location and with this listing, I definitely got it. Everything you pretty much need is in the house. The kitchen is very wide and spacious for family meals. The house was bigger than expected which was a plus. The sauna was perfect. Still had the newly built sauna smell. There are several trails you can hike. Just make sure to bring repellant. I got the chance to meet the owner and his wife. Very nice and hospitable people. It was a pleasure getting to know a little amount them and the ins and outs of the land. I would 100% recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

We were eleven adults from a NH ski club that love to be active and socialize. Base Camp definitely fit the bill for us. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedroom/bathroom layout and open concept kitchen/dining room concept is great! Very close to South Ridge. Steve was very nice and super responsive. Highly recommended!

Lora's Euro-style Woodland Retreat-Great Northen Tea Haus was a great place to stay while I was working in the area. The space was welcoming, comfortable, clean, and the unique and fun decor made my stay special. The mattress and bedding were a highlight for me...just right.

We loved our weekend away & didnt want to leave. Close to Sunday River but perfectly tucked away for a peaceful & relaxing evening in the hot tub after a day on the slopes. We would absolutely return if we visit Sunday River again. Alex is super responsive and an exceptional host. Thank you ☺️

The home served as the perfect place for a weekend retreat with friends. The kitchen is very well appointed, the entire home is gorgeous, bright and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread your wings with a spacious living room or den to hang out together when you choose. Giant dining room table that seated 12 of us. The six person hot tub was easy to use: Grateful for the extra towels. We enjoyed the dartboard and billiard table in the downstairs den. Saw many birds and several deer. Stacey is a great host: very quick to answer messages & offered valuable information about the town & property. We will be back.
