Newport vacation rentals

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

Sweet little cottage with great ocean views. Located on a narrow gravel road with very little traffic, felt private and secure. 101 runs right behind the property but did not notice any highway noise inside the cottage. Had a great time exploring the tide pools and walking the beach. Be sure to check out the cool shops on 101 in SEAL ROCK. Also, a must- Pacific Sourdough, a few blocks off 101 in Waldport for wonderful varieties of sourdough, pastries, and desserts. Thank you, Ruth. Will look forward to returning!

This place is absolutely incredible. The pictures don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful environment… With a beautiful babbling creek right by the house, just a few steps from the beach, a hot tub and great accommodations.

The unit is on the end, which was nice. Proximity to beach was amazing. They were patient with me asking a question which was posted in the instructions (Internet password). I blame me being old and tired, and I had forgotten my reading glasses. Later I found the password also posted on the wall. Still, the sent the info to me again. Its a little on the pricey side, but it's an excellent location.

I can appreciate a beautiful place at a good price, beautiful view and very friendly host. Fully loaded I would highly recommend. this place is perfect for a little getaway! Thank you so much. God bless you place

Driving up to the house felt a little scary considering where it’s located, feels a bit hidden, but once we went inside, all of that went out the window, it’s such a beautiful stay and comfortable stay, the backyard is a good view and sunsets in there were so nice, everything is nice and cozy and we loved everything!!! Definitely was worth the pricing! Also if you have Verizon, you get no service in this area till you get to a nearby town, I don’t know about other carriers.

We love this place and book as often as our schedules allow. The view is gorgeous and the house is so beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub is a great bonus feature along with the indoor/ outdoor fireplace. The kids love walking down to the water front and 'the rest of us' enjoy the short drive down to the waterfront to shop, eat and visit the seals. The 'rest of us' also appreciate and enjoy the elevator for sure! It makes all of the unloading and loading processes especially easy. We're already looking forward to our next visit! We had a beautiful stay for our anniversary trip! The location is gorgeous and the views are priceless. It truly felt like the perfect “home-base” after a day of exploring and hiking. The town of Yachats was so sweet and the locals were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed eating at The Drift Inn and going to the Sunday Farmers Market (what a dream with an ocean view!). Michael’s place was the perfect location for popular nature sites and great hiking. We enjoyed going to local breweries outside of town and exploring Nye Beach and beyond. Michael was so kind and made everything so easy. He made us feel so at home and any time we passed him he always checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super responsive and halfway through our stay offered us new towels and linens as well taking our trash out. We have already talked about staying again and visiting Yachats in the future. It’s intimate, calm, and peaceful at Michael’s. Perfect for a couple! We’ll be back soon!

It was a great experience!! My husband and I spent our simple honeymoon (late celebration) and everything was great! the room is so cozy, clean and everything we needed was literally in there. Ellie and Kelly are such a dear and accommodated us very well. There's literally so much stuff to do at the place alone for it was just right next to the river. Overall, everything was perfect, would definitely go back again soon ❤️

This place was a dream. The view was incredible - pictures were beautiful but seeing it in person was a whole other experience! Place was as described, hosts were responsive. 10/10 definitely will be coming back.

The cabin was ideal for a cozy weekend. The only downside is the smell of the water but as long as you bring bottled water, all is well! The place is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Overall, wonderful!

This truly is a "home away from home". This was our first AirBnB, and set the standard pretty high. Lynn was super responsive, and the check in was super easy. Other than food, there was nothing else you needed for your stay. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Cannot say enough about the beautiful little house, and unbelievable scenery with the river and the mountains. Really enjoyed the dock and fireplace. A place we can't wait to get back to and spend more time, thank you so much

Absolutely loved and adored this place. I loved how close we were to Devils Lake and the shops of Lincoln city. There were many places that were walking distance or a few minutes of driving. I felt like I was at home, the place was cozy and comfortable. My children even enjoyed the little candy dispenser that was located in the kitchen. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. I will definitely be staying again.

I would recommend this to everyone. The outdoor space is great for family meals or just watching the waves. The short walk to the beach is super easy! The kitchen is well laid out and the living room is a very nice gathering space—complete with fireplace. The bedrooms are good sized, with the loft room being particularly cute. The mattresses and pillows run very soft. Absolutely every appliance is in great working order and easy to use. Bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is perfect. Jerry is a great host and a great communicator. We loved our time in the house.

Awesome place to stay, no issues. Would love to book next year’s beach stay here.

Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

Best Beach House we ever had—and the Oregon Pacific Coast is unbeatable in how the green mtns. full of Douglas Firs touch the white-capped sea with gorgeous Capes (like Perpetua) & intriguing Coves! FOUR FULL Bathrooms (& a 1/2 bath) made getting ready for day trips a breeze (plenty of that on this coast!) Dee’s open floor plan offered us super-comfy multiple couches where we could constantly hear & view the ocean’s beauty (talk about sunsets!) and her big dining room table, and extra seating complimented a fantastic cooks kitchen with more dishes that you’d ever need as well as everything to make amazing meals which can be served on the big kitchen island. Super-comfy beds and a few very large bedrooms! (Like 2 masters practically!) SO SO CLEAN in every aspect! We played ping pong and board games and appreciated the generous supplies she leaves AND her friendly helpful hosting! Dee maintains this home with love & perfection! Close to groceries & yummy food! Tillamook Creamery = fav!

This is our third year staying at Dan’s place. It’s very private, cozy, and we love the location. Place is clean and has everything anyone would need. You can sit on the deck and watch the whales. Beach is within a few mins walk. Great place to stay with family. We will be back again :)

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to Newport, check this place out! We were in town from Bend while working on a remodel of a local restaurant, and this place had everything we needed during our stay. The view of Yaquina Bay from the condo is awesome, and the guys even had a hot tub to relax in after work!! All-in-all, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Lauri and Daniel.

A true relaxing get away. Views from nearly every room. the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. Even the hot tub had a view (and was clean and comfy). Beach access is just steps away. Stunning Oregon coastline. This is a loved home (away from home) and it felt welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us
